The clients here needed more patio space. Their existing grilling area shut them off to the backyard and was a feature they weren’t using. So, we removed it, added new stamped concrete in similar color and pattern to their existing pool deck, and wrapped the patio cover around the house. This gives them plenty of space for seating as well as recreation for the kids.

The ceiling is a pre-stained tongue and groove pine with ceiling fans, recessed cans, and electric heaters. We used extra stone on site to build stone pedestals on the columns and added an uncovered seating area with coach lights along the far side of the home. Plenty of spaces here to entertain in a variety of ways!
