City build lines limited us from installing a patio cover here, but we were still able to build a pergola that fit our clients’ style. We finished the cedar with a more modern paint look. For the flooring finish, we went with a walnut travertine paver in French pattern. The stone on the cooking area is a stacked stone panel with a granite countertop.

The cooking area is approximately 20’ in length and contains a grill, double side burner, sink, fridge, and trash drawer. The patio cover spans roughly 14’ beyond the home and 30’ across, with landscaping at the rear fence line at the end of the project to bring in some natural color.
