The homeowners needed shade if they were going to enjoy watching their kids in the backyard. We extened their flooring with matching pavers and added a hip roof patio cover. The ceiling is a flat ceiling at a 10’ height with painted 4×8 fiber cement. Motorized screens, electric heaters, recessed cans and a ceiling fan were installed to creat the full outdoor living experience along with a TV. We also installed a fire pit table for the clients along with a gas line for easy access to turn on and off and enjoy on the cooler days.
