These clients asked us to come in immediately following the closing on their new home. Having previously had pools at their home, they knew exactly what they wanted. We installed a pool set up for exercise and lap swimming. It still allowed the kids plenty of area to play and splash around in the summer. We installed a pre-fabricated hot tub to help with muscle recovery. The patio roof line was extended and we installed motorized screens on two sides with a screen door for access in and out of the space. The area in the gable has mesh screening installed permanently to keep the bugs out of the space. We also added electric heaters to the space to give them comfort in the winter and allow them to utilize the space year round.
The flooring is a crushed shell paver that remains cool to the feet while adding texture.
Additionally we installed an artificial turf area and the owners had a playset installed for the kids to enjoy.
