The owners had a sliding door installed when the home was built but never finished out the space beyond. We were able to come in, tie in to the existing roof line and extend their outdoor living area.
We poured concrete in the area beyond the doors and installed a 2cm porcelain paver over the top of it. The ceiling is a pre-stained tongue and groove with a painted brick column and coach lighting to accent the elevation. Recessed cans, ceiling fans, electric heaters and motorized screens were installed to complete the outdoor living room feel.
