This homeowner had a new home layout very common to their neighborhood and we were able to replicate a previous project with ease. We extended the roof line, added a finished ceiling with recessed cans and fans, installed a brick column, and put in motorized screens. This gave the homeowner plenty of new outdoor living area to utilize.
