Grapevine

The homeowners here needed a way to extend the patio cover but keep natural light filtering in to the house.  We removed the existing patio roof line and ceiling and installed a gable patio cover addition approximately 18’x20’.  The flooring finish is a salt finished concrete.  The ceiling is a pre-stained tongue and groove pine with cedar trim accents.  We installed ceiling fans, recessed cans, electric heaters and motorized screens to complete the project.
