These homeowners have a budding young family and wanted to enjoy their outdoor space. They always envisioned a more modern look to it but struggled with how to pull it all together, given their existing patio limitations.

We removed the existing patio cover and installed a beautiful new gabled patio cover approximately 20’ x 20’. We poured new concrete and capped their original patio concrete. The finish is a bone color with a sealer installed to keep the color looking original. We added a painted tongue and groove ceiling, recessed cans and ceiling fans, and installed some party lights beyond the patio area. On the side, we built a small shed to keep gardening tools and play toys along with a gardening box.
